I’m trying to use a suggestion from one of my text books and suspend judgement about everything I think I know and feel for the moment.
Getting through comps is hard enough without the internal distraction of the noise in my head.
I think suspending judgement and presencing as Senge suggests is akin to Buddhist forms of meditation. Mindfullness was introduced to me awhile back by the VA and that stuff works if you do it. I need to get back to that. Peace must always be within reach in this mad world.
